About the role
We are looking for a strategically minded professional to lead M&A transactions, advising clients on complex mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructurings.
Responsibilities
- Legal and financial due diligence on M&A transactions
- Advising on business valuations
- Drafting and negotiating sale and purchase agreements
- Coordinating multidisciplinary teams
Requirements
- Degree in Law, Business Administration or Economics
- At least 5 years of experience in M&A
- Advanced English (C1)
- Experience in cross-border transactions
